Sundays 11:05 - 12:00 PM
Spring 2025 Offerings
-
We live in a time and culture where there seems to be disunity and difficulties in connecting with others in Christ. The Scriptures give us all the answers of life that we need. In our study of the book of Ephesians we will find the answers to our need for unity and fellowship. As we spend 9 weeks together in our study of Ephesians - Unity in Christ and Unity in the Church, we will see our blessings in Christ and the challenges to live obedient lives in the Lord. Come, be encouraged and spend time in the Scriptures with us as we get a better “grasp” on God’s Word.

In this Sunday School class we will continue to explore some of the questions God asks in the Old Testament.
Questions like:
"Son of man, can these bones live?" (Ezekiel)
"What are you doing here, Elijah?" (1 Kings)
"Do you have a good reason to be angry?" (Jonah)
“Who is this that questions my wisdom with such ignorant words?"
"Have you considered my servant Job?" (Job - asked of Satan)
These questions (and more) take place in the Biblical stories. Together we will listen to the Scriptures, attend to the Spirit of God, and explore what God reveals to us about who He is and who we are.
-
After each message, we’re encouraged to debrief, ask follow up questions, and rejoice in how the Lord has spoken to us in the proclamation of His Word. This continuous discussion based class seeks to explore further the ideas, topics, and teaching of the Bible presented in the sermon, that they would be applied more deeply or nourish more fully.
